Wonderful villa on the hillside with panoramic sea views, very quiet location, main living area is at the level of the terraces in front and behind the house, you can enjoy your stay all year round and experience from the pool terrace and the living room a fascinating panoramic sea view of Denia and the marina, in good weather even to Ibiza. In the large living area, a staircase leads to the two lower bedrooms with new exit doors to the pool and a second bathroom.

The 30 square metre terrace was converted into a conservatory in 11.22 with new air conditioning.

On the main floor, guests are welcomed by a friendly living area with living room, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area.
The kitchen was fitted with a new oven with ceramic hob in 10.2022. In addition, a new dishwasher with timer setting and a new fridge with separate freezer compartment. The extractor bonnet was also renewed in 12.22.

The living room has a new Oled TV and a new Teufel 5.1 loudspeaker system. The two lower bedrooms with access to the pool terrace have new doors, as does the second room on the upper floor.

The upper bedroom has a new double bed 180 cm x 210 cm with a 25 cm thick mattress.
It also has a wall-mounted TV.
The windows were also replaced in 2022.

The upper two bedrooms also have air conditioning.

The upper bathroom has new underfloor heating, new windows and an additional wall-mounted radiator.

The house has solar thermal energy and a pellet stove.

It heats the upper living area, has electronic ignition, is programmable and is controlled by a remote control.
This significantly reduces heating costs and is easy and clean to operate.

Of course, you can also heat with gas and central heating.

A bedroom, a second bedroom and a bathroom complete the main living area.

A spiral staircase leads from the large, covered outdoor terrace to the lower living area, where there are two further bedrooms with access to the pool and a bathroom.

Of course, there is also a covered outdoor barbecue kitchen and an outdoor shower on the pool level.

The two upper bedrooms have new air conditioning and the bathrooms have new fan heaters.

The ascent to the circular route around the Montgo and also to the summit cross is close to the house.

All windows and exterior doors of the 4 bedrooms have fly screens, also 2 of the 3 new windows in the living-dining area and the new door from the living room to the terrace, conservatory.
