The extremely well-kept and newly air-conditioned Villa Aurora is situated in a quiet, sunny location in the upmarket residential area of Monte Pego, nestled against the impressive backdrop of the beautiful Segaria mountains. The detached villa offers a total living space of 220 m², spread over two levels. The main or pool level comprises around 140 m² of living space as well as a huge, approx. 100 m² terrace with pool. The cosy living area on this level features:

• An air-conditioned bedroom with ceiling fan, a comfortable double bed (180×200 cm) and adjoining, spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and double washbasin.
• A second air-conditioned bedroom with ceiling fan and also a double bed (180×200 cm).
• An additional shower room and an open, fully equipped kitchen.

For barbecue lovers, there is a practical outdoor kitchen on the pool terrace, ideal for preparing culinary delights such as paella or barbecues during the day.
